All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors, even after an order has been submitted, and to cancel any order placed based on an incorrect price, in which case you will be notified and refunded in full for that order.

Product colors, materials, and minor design details may vary slightly from images shown due to manufacturing variation, lighting, or display settings.

4. Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the product(s) in your cart, subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory unavailability, or violation of these Terms.

We accept the payment methods listed at checkout. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. Applicable sales tax will be calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping address and local tax requirements.

Order confirmation does not guarantee product availability. If an item you ordered is unavailable, we will notify you and issue a refund or offer a substitute, at your choice.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated shipping and delivery times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. Veloria is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Risk of loss and title for products purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at [Insert Support Email] if an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

All sales are final. Due to the personal-use and hygiene-sensitive nature of our products (including massage guns and other equipment that contacts the skin), we do not accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been placed and shipped, except as described below or as required by applicable law.

We will, at our discretion, offer a replacement, repair, or refund if:

The item arrives damaged or defective through no fault of your own;
You receive an item that is materially different from what you ordered; or
The item is covered under an applicable manufacturer's warranty (see Section 7).

To request a remedy under this section, contact us at changchuntoo@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. Claims submitted after this window may not be eligible for resolution.

Orders may be canceled or modified only if they have not yet entered fulfillment; once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

7. Manufacturer Warranties

Where applicable, products sold by Veloria may be covered by a manufacturer's warranty, the terms of which will be provided with the product or available upon request. 8. Product Use, Health & Safety Disclaimer

Our products, including percussion massage guns, resistance bands, treadmills, and related fitness equipment, are intended for general personal fitness and recovery use only. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Before using any Veloria product, consult a physician or qualified healthcare provider if you:

Are pregnant;
Have a pacemaker or other implanted medical device;
Have a history of blood clots, deep vein thrombosis, or circulatory conditions;
Have osteoporosis, a recent injury, surgery, or any condition that may be affected by percussive therapy or physical exercise;
Are unsure whether strenuous exercise or percussive massage is appropriate for you.

Do not use massage devices on the head, face, throat, spine, or near the eyes or genitals. Strength training equipment and treadmills carry an inherent risk of injury; always follow the included instructions, use proper form, and exercise within your physical limits. You assume full responsibility for any injury or damage resulting from the use or misuse of products purchased from Veloria.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Veloria and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Site or our products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
